Psalm 37:4-5
4 Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
5 Commit thy way unto the Lord; Trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
Delight, Commit, Trust
* How we are to claim and possess the delights of our heart.
Receive, believe and act upon the promises found in Joshua 1:1-9

Read Joshua 1:1-9
Note that the phrase; “be strong and of good courage” is repeated three times; Vs. 6, 7, 9
Vs. 6 … the people receive the inheritance that God promised their forefathers.
“it was worth fighting for”
Vs. 7…
1. Study the book of the law continually
2. Meditate upon it day and night
3. Be sure to Obey all Gods principals
4. Only if you do these three things will you succeed

Joshua 1:9
Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
